That was fun. Let’s do it again!

“Creativity is intelligence having fun.” ~Albert Einstein

What are you doing that makes you happy?  Look at the past month and ask yourself what you were doing when you were  happiest, when you felt the most alive.  Just think about it for a few seconds.  Was it when you were eating some sweet ice-cold watermelon while you watched the kids splash around?  Was it when you were laughing with a friend over something only the two of you would find hilarious?    Was it when you were sitting by yourself reading a book that was so good you didn’t it want to end?  Was it when you were walking in the woods with your dog?  Was it when you were holding your baby?  Was it when you were painting or writing or running or swimming or sitting looking out at the magnificent wonder of nature?  Whatever is was, do it again.  And, again.

Doing what we love and feeling the wonderful emotions of joy and appreciation will cause a spectacular domino of fun and happiness to fill our life.   A waterfall of joy pours over you.  A wave of fun carries you.  A road of abundance is laid before you.  In feeling happy, contented, and completely fulfilled we invite more happiness, contentment and fulfillment into our perfect life.

images-7

We are rewarded for accepting rewards.  We get what we deserve.  We get a life that is perfect for us.  Do what you love.  Wash, rinse, repeat.  Often.  And when, in your perfect life, you notice something that is making you feel good, remember it, do it again.  When in your life you find yourself not so happy, remember that time and smile and the feelings will start, more happy memories will surface for you to enjoy, and the universe will respond.  We can always turn our frown upside down with just a few thoughts and memories.  Use you bongo for good thoughts and feelings.  Love yourself.

Some happy affirmations:

  • I open my heart to gifts from God.
  • I deserve a life of abundance.
  • I monitor my thoughts and beliefs and I only choose good ones.
  • My life is filled with pleasant surprises.
  • I have a lot of fun.
  • I laugh a lot.
  • I have good friends.
  • I’m a very lucky person.

Close your eyes and think of something really fun from your childhood.   Imagine you are a child now, what would you do?  Fun thoughts, huh!

Don’t Do What You Hate!!!

“The only real valuable thing is intuition.” – Albert Einstein

I’ve decided that I’m going to use my intuition to write this post. I have no idea what I’m going to write about, but I’m going to have faith that Albert was right about intuition and that the perfect topic will come to me as I keep writing. I’m hoping for that wonderful feeling of Satori to kick in. Satori is a Japanese word and it describes what happens when you are taken over by a creative project and time is seemingly irrelevant. You are acting out of time and out of ego, simply channeling the creative force of who you truly are, the Divine Creator!

images-16
So, today I keep thinking of the Gospel of Thomas. You remember Doubting Thomas, one of Jesus’ disciples. He’s the one who asked for proof that Jesus came back, that’s another story which I kinda doubt happened, the way it’s presented anyway Thomas admitted that he really didn’t have much of a clue as to what Jesus was trying to say with his parables and metaphors so he decided rather than trying to interpret Jesus’ words or tell Jesus’ story he would simply write what Jesus said and let people make up their own minds.

images-16
Of course, we don’t get the opportunity to read Thomas since he wasn’t included in the New Testament. Why the Nicene Council of the Holy Roman Church decided to edit the gospels is anyone’s guess? Mine is that they chose the gospels which worked best for their agenda to control the Roman Empire, but I digress, the perk of following intuition!
So Thomas, in his humble innocence, simply dictated Jesus’ words. You can find them all online, but the one that really hit  me, WACK, right in the face was what Jesus said when asked what people should do.  Jesus said, “…don’t do what you hate…”
Wow, if there are any words to live by, strangely written in the negative, but for a good reason, it is those five words.

images-16
DON’T DO WHAT YOU HATE!!!!!!  This seems simple enough, but how many people kill their spirit by doing what they hate, for their whole lifetime?  They do it out of responsiblity often enough.  They have children to raise and send to school, children whom they don’t see enough because they work too much, bills to pay, plastic toys to buy which they don’t get to use because they work too much, huge mortgages to pay on houses they spend little time in because they work too much, big cars to pay for to drive to and from those jobs.  These words come to mind.  Futile. Striving. Endlessness. Broken. Exhaustion. Depression. Isolation.
Is this any way to live? DON’T DO WHAT YOU HATE!
Ah, but I have to pay for all this stuff.  Let me tell you something, Sir!  I lost my job about 8 months ago, hence the blog, and I was making half the money I made working.  I stopped buying what I call plastic toys, which is all the unnecessary crap we buy, and I managed to make my mortgage, make my car payments, pay off my credit cards, eat healthy organic food, and did this for six months.

images-16
Here’s the kicker.  I can’t go back to my old job.  It was killing my spirit.  So I am going to have faith that the universe will provide my perfect life for me. (Don’t be surprised if I add a donate button on the side, someone has to subsidize these posts!)  I am not going to live in fear.  Do I want to teach my children that they must do a job they hate for the rest of their lives so that they can buy all the conveniences they wouldn’t need if they had more time, or if they did what they loved and had less money, but lived simply?  Sometimes intuition leads to jumbled sentences, but you get the drift.
You are the teacher of the next generation. Do you believe that the universe is friendly?  Do you believe the universe conspires to make your dreams come true?  Prove it!  DON’T DO WHAT YOU HATE.  IT WILL KILL YOUR SPIRIT!

images-16

This experiment in intuition seemed to work, the time passed in an instant, and some sense was even made (I hope).  Now it’s your turn to follow your intuition and do what you love. Follow your dreams in faith. Know that you deserve to be happy. You are a perfectly made you with your own special desires and talents.  Follow your purpose.  Follow your DNA!  It was made with you in mind!  Yes, perfectly you.  Don’t live a perfect life, live your perfect life.

Your perfect affirmations:

  • I deserve to live a life which fills my soul with joy and purpose.
  • I happily pursue my dreams with the faith that God wants me to be happy.
  • I have enough stuff.
  • I am enough.
  • My children are happier with my time than with my money.
  • I love my life.
  • I live my perfect life.

Close your eyes.  In your mind, take a walk in the woods and when you come to a clearing you will see yourself doing what you love to do.  Enjoy it.  Now make it happen

Why it’s so fabulous to be poor and depressed.

“Wisdom is not a product of schooling, but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it.”  ~Albert Einstein

Yes, it is fabulous to be poor and depressed.  It’s great to be unemployed, unhealthy, undesirable, unloved, misunderstood,  or just plain lost.  If you were rich, beautiful, healthy, and comfortable, if you had everything that you desired then why would you want to change?  You wouldn’t.  Oh no, you’d think that all of this stuff was the cat’s pajama’s and you would feel no desire to rock the boat.  But, all of our boats need to be rocked.  We’re not here for the easy ride, we who have struggled.  We are here for the roller coaster, the ups and downs, the overs and unders, the roundabouts.  We don’t want a straight path to Easy Street.  Much too boring for us adventurous types.  We don’t want things handed to us on a silver platter, we weren’t born with a silver spoon.  If we had wanted that particular life, we would have ordered that particular life.  No, no, no.  That wouldn’t do for us.  We wanted to make some major changes in this lifetime.  We wanted to learn many, many hard lessons to spur us on to higher realms of spiritual insight.  We wanted SPIRITUAL GROWTH!  So we ordered the Twists of Terror ride, the Death and Destruction ride, the Please Make it Stop ride.  Yes, we are not too bright, but we make up for it in persistence, committment, and passion.  We want to know the truth.

images-5

The Truth will set us free!!!

Yes, the Truth.  But, if you want to hear what that is again, and maybe this time it will stick (I’m still waiting for that to happen), here it is.  The truth is that you are the one that has made your life and only your own beliefs can change it.  Only when you truly believe that you are one with the Creative Force of the universe and able to manifest everything by being who you are, until you believe that, then the crazy ride continues.

Unlike popular belief, and my previous misguided notions, you don’t have to visualize every aspect of your life to get it.  The Creative All, this Energy of Pure Love, knows what your perfect path to happiness is.  All you have to do is believe and work towards what you think you want.  Oh, and it must be something that doesn’t hurt anyone else, it must be approached with love, and it must be what you love to do.  Do not do what you hate!!!   Never, never, never!!!  This is so very important.  If you are doing what you hate you are out of sync with the Pure Energy of Love!

Unknown-4

Yay for happiness!

If you feel irritated, angry, frustrated, or uneasy in any way when you are doing something then it’s not what you should be doing.  But, you can fill mundane occupations with love.  Like cooking supper.  I may not feel really excited about it, but I can change my thinking and infuse it with love.  I can use chopping vegetables as a meditative exercise.  I can think of the love I have for my family as I drop the veggies in the pot of soup.  I can appreciate what I have as I clean the house.  (okay, I’ve gone too far), but you know what I mean.  There are things that need to be done.  Do them with love, do them in a mindful way.  Know that you are heading in the right direction.

All in all,be thankful that we are such screwed up flawed individuals on our way to perfection!  Isn’t it fabulous to be poor and depressed?  It’s a study in the perfect motivation to grow spiritually.  Change is good.

Some perfect affirmations:

  • All of my “problems” lead me to greatness.
  • My life is the result of my beliefs.
  • I believe that the Perfect Life Force of the universe directs me to happiness.
  • I do everything with love.
  • I have complete faith that the universe is my friend and conspiring with me to perfect my life of health and  happiness.

Close your eyes and know that God loves you unconditionally and all you have to do is ask.  Then ask.

Don’t eat the Apple!!!

-“No one can read the Gospels without feeling the actual presence of Jesus.  His personality pulsates in every word.  No myth is filled with such life.”  ~Albert Einstein

Okay, let’s talk about Jesus again.  If you’ve been reading my posts you know I’m talking about Jesus as the man who transcended the illusion of a physical world in his lifetime.  I’m talking about the man who knew that the story of Adam and Eve eating the apple from the Tree of Knowledge was sorely misinterpreted.  He knew the real meaning of the story is that the apple represents knowledge received in the physical world.  The knowledge given by the “apple,” in this case, is that the physical world is reality.  That’s all the apple represented, belief in a physical reality, a belief in the data of the physical world.  Adam and Eve were banished from heaven, heaven being the truth that physical reality is an illusion and that we are actually spiritual beings.  And, so, they were banished from the state of grace, from knowing who they truly were.  Their banishment was self-imposed.  Once they believed that the physical world was the only reality, they forgot that they were unlimited divine beings.  Knowledge, in this sense, is a human understanding of life.  Adam and Eve gave up their divinity by believing in the physical as real.  Of course God didn’t kick them out.  They simply erroneously believed.  Heaven is knowing that only love is real and all else is illusory.  We get knowledge from the physical world, laws such as the law of gravity and the laws of motion.  The only “truth” that many believe is what our five senses can tell us.  From the spiritual world we know all, we are omniscient, we are all-powerful and all creative.  We are the pure energy of love.  The spiritual world shows us that we are unlimited and all present.  We cannot get this knowing from the physical world.  All we can get from the physical world is facts and data.  That is why it is so important to spend time in spirit.  That is what Jesus was trying to tell us.

images-8

In spirit we begin to realize just how amazing and connected we are to All, and I mean All, the everything, everyone kind of All.  We begin to know of our divinity and we find out that we are boundless love.  Jesus knew that.  He realized that this physical reality is just a collective holograph, a theory that quantum physicists are just now putting forward.  Professor, you had nothing over Jesus.  Imagine a being so advanced that he was able to “divine” all of this.  And he shared it with us.  He was love.  He could only heal people who believed that he was divine love.  When we can see him clearly, without all the misinterpretations that have been presented as his message, then we can learn from his life.

I’m repeating myself here, but Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is within.”  You are God.  You are a part of the divine.  You are the pure energy of love which is everywhere and infinite.  You were created in the “image of God.”   There is no time and space.  There is only the “always was and always will be.”  There is only the omnipresent and omniscient.  Sounds like God and is also the definition of energy.  As God cannot be destroyed neither can energy.  Neither can you.  As God is everywhere at all times, so is energy.  So are you.  As God makes up infinity, so does energy.  So do you.

images-10

It has already been shown that all matter is simply dense, organized energy, so surely you can at least be open to the idea that you are a part of the All.  Matter is energy.  You are matter, therefore…  When we all finally realize our divinity the world will no longer be a place of competition and fear of lack.  We will all realize our connectedness and that we are all a unique and integral part of pure love and peace.  We are as important as Jesus was in bringing the truth to light.

Through your consciousness, indistinguishable from the All, you bring that light into the world.  That’s how important you are.  We cannot do this individually.  We must all be brought into the truth.  The truth will, literally, set us free.  So, the next time you think about meditating to raise your consciousness, remember that you will be doing the world a service by opening to spirit.  The more people who open to spirit the more our Collective Consciousness will be raised and then more people will begin to really “know” the divine.

Jesus is a part of you.  His energy, also called, “Christ Consciousness” is what will lead you to the divine.  I’m not saying the only way to God is through belief that Jesus was his son.  I don’t think Jesus was saying that.  When he said that the only way to heaven “is through me,” I believe he was using “me” as his term for pure consciousness.  Also called the “I am”

“I am” is a good meditation mantra.  “I am” is a powerful tool of transformation. I am.  Jesus knew the I am.  He is the I am.  He taught the I am.  All that we are is what Jesus taught us.  He is not the only being who lived on earth that transcended the illusion.  There are those recorded in history like Jesus, the Buddha, and others, but many more who quietly transcended or had few followers.  Jesus and Buddha brought their light to many more and have changed many lives.  Most  humans have been so entrenched in the physical world that few have understood or listened.  He who has ears, listen was a refrain of Jesus.  In areas of the world where spirituality is given more importance than consuming and conquering there have been many more trancendants, places like India and parts of Asia.  There have been many “masters” from these areas because their culture embraces the idea of spiritual transcendence, but more importantly they embrace living a life focused on spiritual loving kindness.  People like Lao Tsu who wrote the I Ching.  Our culture is changing and there is a huge spiritual movement of unprecedented numbers.  Sixty years ago meditation wasn’t even in most people’s vocabulary, let alone a part of their lives and yet, now, it is a daily practice for many in the west.

images-5

We are a growing number.  People are dissatisfied with the physical reality.  There can be no true and lasting joy in the physical reality.  Only by knowing who we are can we ever truly be self-realized and eternally happy.  So, thank you, Jesus and all of you other masters, for that.  We’re working on it.

Some transcendental affirmations:

  • I am.
  • I am love.
  • I am peace.
  • I am divine.
  • I am prosperous.
  • I am generous.
  • I am perfect.

Imagine you get to interview Jesus or Buddha or any master for a morning news show.  Ask them some good questions.

People don’t change.

“It is difficult to say what truth is, but sometimes it is so easy to recognize a falsehood.” ~Albert Einstein

Haven’t you heard that expression, ” People don’t change?”  And , if you take a look at people you see that, for the most part, it’s true.  People don’t change.  They live their whole lives doing pretty much the same thing.  And, why is that?  Come on, you gotta know this by now, if you’ve read even a few of these posts.  Yes, that’s right, it’s because they maintain the same beliefs, keep thinking the same thoughts, and having the same feelings.

Our consciousness produces our lives.  But, even more so, our subconscious produces our lives.  Our subconscious is the cradle of our beliefs which are formed when we are quite young.  If we don’t explore those beliefs and question them, seriously question them, then we will not change our patterns.

Are you exactly where you want to be right now in your life or do you crave a more fulfilling life that corresponds with your beliefs, integrity, and dreams?   If you are exactly where you want to be then you are thinking and feeling along the lines of growth and happiness.  If you’re not there, then it’s time to do a life review.

Sounds like way too much work, doesn’t it.  It is work, dammit!  You have to start asking questions, the hard ones, like “Why am I in the same type of situation that I always seem to end up in?”  Whether it’s your love life, home life, or work life, if you keep finding yourself having the same issues and predicaments then it’s time to take a good hard look at your thoughts and patterns of response.

images-10

Do you want to change your profession, but every time you start to form plans for change the desperate voice of fear and failure lures you back into complacency?  It’s time to have faith!   You’ve done this before and too many times, at that!  Open yourself to the truth that the universe wants you to be happy and if you can see yourself happy and doing what you love then it will happen.  Allow the universe to flow through you.  Stop resisting with your negative feelings.  Open up to miracles.

Do you want to have a happy relationship but every time you meet someone they turn out to be less than what you want?  Start knowing how much you deserve to have a wonderful partner.  You won’t attract a healthy partner if you don’t believe you are worthy.  You are the most loved and adored being in the universe!   If you don’t believe it check out the link.  You are important to the consciousness and awakening of the whole world!  Until you believe this you will attract only those that would use you.  When you know your worth you will attract those who value you.  Then it is up to you to continue to believe in your excellence and not let fear creep in and tell you that it can’t be true, it won’t work out, you’re not good enough.  If you let this happen you will sabotage the relationship.  This happens when we first meet someone who is fabulous, then we freeze up with fear.  We either sabotage it or come up with excuses why it won’t work, such as we’re not in a good place, or we are too busy, or we start to nitpick at their personalities til we convince ourselves that they aren’t what we really want.

If your home life is less than ideal, look at how you are thinking about your family.  Are you expecting love and respect or are you expecting mistreatment and victimhood?   Are you giving love and respect or are you looking for the negative and always finding it?

Be grateful for all you have and more will come to you.  Be aware of your feelings.  This is the most important step in changing your life.  When you feel bad it is a sign of negative beliefs and thoughts.  Use your emotions as you would use a GPS system.  If you feel bad, change course.  As you think so you become.  Be a brilliant light for yourself and for those with whom you hold influence.  People do change.  We just need to know that change is needed.  We need to review and make those changes.  You are fabulous!  You can do anything.  Now, change!

Affirmations with love and respect:

  • I hold all beings in love and respect.
  • I give to others that which is most important to them.
  • I deserve to have a happy and fulfilling life.
  • I live the life I desire.
  • All good things come to me.
  • I have an embarrassment of riches.

Imagine you are on a wonderful vacation with the ones you love.  You are all glowing with the love you feel for each other.  Life is amazing and you made it this way.

Dancing to your own music.

“I believe a simple and unassuming life is good for everybody, both physically and mentally.” ~Albert Einstein

I’ve held a theory for a long time that everything on earth has a divine purpose and a manifest purpose.  I use the word manifest to describe a purpose created by “man” in this instance, not as the verb, meaning to materialize a thought.  The divine purpose of a deck of cards would be to help people make choices and give guidance through divination.  The manifest purpose of cards would be for gambling.  The divine purpose of hemp would be for health purposes, environmental uses, and replacing plastics.  The manifest purpose would be drug abuse.  I’m not saying using cannabis is necessarily abuse, but it can be abused.  Don’t eat the whole pan of brownies by yourself!

When you see the beauty in a painting and purchase it, you are doing it to remain in presence.  Whenever we recognize beauty we are immediately brought into presence.  At that moment there is nothing but the beauty.  It is usually only momentary, but it is a perfect moment.  We buy the painting, in this instance, as a symbol of presence.  Usually we can tell if something is being used in the manifest purpose because ego is involved.  For instance when we purchase art as an investment and status symbol it is a manifest action.  We identify with the idea, the thought, that we are superior because we own this expensive painting.

Growing a garden can have a divine purpose or a manifest purpose.  Growing a garden for food and beauty is divine.   Sharing beauty (and the harvest) is divine.  Growing a garden for show and awards is manifest.  We know what bragging and boasting are.  Are we using something to validate or promote our status or are we using it to enhance the world?

A home has a divine purpose as a safe haven to abide in love and peace; it is a place that welcomes and embraces friends and strangers.  If it is used as an ornament or fortress, it is being used as a manifest tool to separate the owner from others, whether by social status or as a symbol of power and control.

We can ask ourselves how things make us feel or why we want them.  We can really dive into the value we place on objects and why we value them.  Do we want to use things for their highest purpose or as a status symbol?

Some times we buy things just for fun.  Fun is a wonderful thing and is definitely divine!  Sometimes we buy things to show off, a bit egoic, n’est pas.  When we act from ego we are separating ourselves from others.  We are trying to be better than them.  This is not an action of love.  So whenever we are acting from ego we are cutting ourselves off from the Collective Consciousness.  Whenever we cut ourselves off from the Collective Consciousness we are slowing down our growth and we are slowing down the manifestation of our dreams.

We can always sort out our motivation by asking a few questions. If you are thinking of a purchase the questions “Is it useful” or “Is it beautiful” come to mind.  If something is of no use to you or you don’t find it exquisite then you should probably get rid of it.   Even then you can get carried away with “collecting.”  I have a love of 1930’s era American pottery.  It got out of hand.  I had to choose one color that I loved.  I chose white.  Now I only buy beautiful old white 1930’s American pottery, and I do that rarely.  I must really love the design.  It makes me happy.  Some people don’t get it.  That’s okay.

images-5

I have recently been sorting through my house and getting rid of stuff.  I made four trips to the dump.  Most of the stuff went into the Swap Shop at our local dump where one’s man’s trash is another man’s treasure.  It feels good to get rid of stuff.  It’s liberating.

But, it felt so good that now I’m thinking of getting rid of everything.   Seriously.  I have too much stuff.  I’m thinking of getting rid of my too big house and joining a commune where one only uses about 10% of the resources that the average American uses.  Doesn’t that sound kind of divine?  10%!  That sounds like 10% of the worries, head aches, cleaning, shopping, driving, maintaining, and working.  I could live like that.

images-10

I wouldn’t even have to invent the wheel.  There are places like this all around the world.  I’m especially taken with the Dancing Rabbit EcoVillage.   This appears to be a place of community and sharing and less judgment.  No one cares if you drive a brand new car because the 75 people there share 4 vehicles.  No one cares if you look like you’re 25 because they don’t buy into the false body image ideals of the corporate/consumer driven media.  No one cares if you make tons of money because no one accepts the superficially contrived establishment-based lifestyle of most Americans.  Has anyone noticed how far off topic I’ve gone?  Nobody at Dancing Rabbit cares if I go off topic!   Ha!

images-8

The thing is we don’t need so much.  We can use things as they are intended to be used, for purpose and beauty and hopefully both at times.  We don’t need to consume and throw away.  The world is meant to be revered, used in a symbiotic manner, and protected.  Not consumed and spit out.  We must cherish our planet and know that we are a part of it, not the ruler of it.  Nature is us and we are killing ourselves.  Off topic again!  I cannot focus today.  That’s okay.  What needs to be said is coming through.

All I am ever really saying is Think.  Think about why you are working so much.  Is it to pay your bills?  Not quite worth it in my humble opinion.  There has to be a better reason for working 40+ hours a week.  If you thrive where you work that’s a different story.  You might be happy working 80 hours a week.

images-11

Is there a simpler way to live?  Yes.  It is to live with more self-sufficiency and more sustainability.  It is to live with less.  Less is less.  Less anxiety.  Less cleaning.  Less scheduling.  Less crappy processed convenience foods.  Less work.  Less driving.  Less TV.  Less fatigue.  Less stress.  Less is also more.  More time.  More relaxation.  More smiling.  More swimming.  More walking in the woods.  More playing.  More dancing.  More gardening.  More cooking.  More friends.  More family.  More happy.

More affirmations:

  • I do not need the approval of anyone.
  • I am enough.
  • I am perfect just as I am.
  • I love my life.
  • All my needs are simply met.
  • I live simply and happily with less.
  • I live in joy!

Imagine living within a like-minded community of souls who value time and play over  stress and work.  Imagine putting more value on fun than minivans.  Imagine spending your time supporting your life and not an invisible entity.  Imagine freedom from conformity.  Imagine dancing to your own music.

Domo Arigato, Dr. Emoto.

“Imagination is everything.  It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.”  ~Albert Einstein

Have you heard of Dr. Emoto?  He’s been all over social media and consciousness documentaries like What the *Bleep* do We Know?  If you haven’t heard of him yet, or still want to hear more, then this is your Dr. Emoto primer.  First of all, can I congratulate you on your name, Dr. Emoto.  Are emoticons named after you?   For a man who has determined that inanimate objects respond to emotion your name (in our ethnocentric western world) is just perfect.

First a little on the inimitable Doctor.  Masuru Emoto is a Japanese man who started out with a degree in International Relations then studied Natural Medicine in India.  I haven’t read his book, The Hidden Messages in Water, so I don’t know why he started his study of the effect that outside abstract influences have on water.  In his study he used high-speed photography to take pictures of water that was frozen after having been subjected to written words, typed words, music, intentional emotions, and concepts like peace and anger.  How can a word taped to the outside of a glass container of water make a difference in how the  water inside behaves?

In quantum mechanics it has been shown that objects, like electrons, will act differently when being observed.  The observer influences the actions of the observed.   That’s pretty amazing when you think about it.   Dr. Masuru Emoto has taken that observation to water.  First, he studied water from different sources and found strong differences in how they formed crystals when frozen.  Some water, from polluted sources were unable to form crystals.  Now this all makes perfect sense to me.  There were probably pollutants in the water that inhibited crystal formation.  It’s what he did next that didn’t make sense in the scientific way.

He took two samples from the same source of water and exposed them to music.  The water exposed to the beautiful music formed a lovely crystal.  The water exposed to heavy metal music did not.  It was unable to form the typical hexagonal crystal of water.  We’ve all heard of the experiments in which plants were subjected to various types of music and how they responded, so this, too, is not beyond our ken.

So, he continued to expand his research.  Next he tried using written words to influence the crystallization of the water.  this stretches the scope of our belief systems.  How can written words affect water.  He had containers of water from the same source and he attached different words to each container.   There were quite dramatic results.

Thank you.

He used prayer on water.

images-10

Dr Emoto tried many different way to influence water, from music, to written words, to thoughts and prayers and his results showed that there was a direct influence on the water.  It gives a whole new meaning to saying grace before meals.

And you know, the science community is calling it a lot of hooey.  And there are no experiments done by any others to corroborate, but I believe it.  Because I know that what we think and do affects everything in our lives.  So, call me crazy, but my Brita water pitcher has a peace sign and a heart and a smiley face on it.  I try to remember to realize that all my food is perfect for me.  I infuse love into my life and what goes into my body.

Is it real science, what Dr. Emoto does?  I don’t know.  I don’t care.  I just know about the transformational power of energy.  I know that the consciousness we focus on an object changes it.  I know that thoughts become things and that what we focus on is what our life becomes.  So, I’m going to focus on the positive and go from there.  I’m going to put some Mozart on for my water now.

Crystal Affirmations:

  • I know that my thoughts affect my life.
  • I use positive feelings and thoughts to improve my life and others.
  • I feel love, gratitude, and kindness towards myself and others.
  • I forgive myself and others.
  • I encourage myself on the path that brings me delight.
  • I see the best in people.

Before you eat or drink, infuse your food with love, gratitude, and perfection.  You are what you eat.

“Our actions should be based on the ever-present awareness that human beings in their thinking, feeling, and acting are not free but are just as causally bound as the stars in their motion.” ~ Albert Einstein

When we accept less than perfect love into our souls then we are infecting ourselves with negative energy which we must then work to transform into positive.  We do not need to accept that which does not benefit us.  One of many stories attributed to the Buddha tells of any angry man who approached the Buddha and began to harass him, insult him, and provoke him.  The Buddha asked the man if he had any friends and family.  The man responded that he did.  The Buddha asked him if he ever gave any gifts to his friends.  The man said that he did.  The Buddha asked him what he would do if a friend refused the gift he gave.  The man replied that he would bring the gift home to his family and enjoy it with them.  The Buddha then said, “So it is with you today.  You have brought me a gift which I choose not to accept.”  This is how the Buddha lovingly taught the man that what is offered to us by others is not what we have to accept.

Lately I have been using a form of affirmation that I never used before.   I would like to share it with you as I have found it very powerful in my life.  Love is greater than fear.  We are always offered either love or fear by others and we always offer either love or fear to others.  Using these new affirmations is reminding me of what I want to accept into my soul and offer to others.

  • I accept only love, compassion, and peace into my heart.
  • I offer only love, compassion, and peace to others.
  • I accept only courage, inspiration, and action for myself.
  • I offer only encouragement, inspiration, and help to others.
  • I accept only happiness and joy for myself.
  • I offer only happiness and joy to others.
  • I accept only love and respect for myself.
  • I offer only love and respect to others.
  • I accept only abundance and wealth for myself.
  • I offer only abundance and wealth to others.
  • I accept only generosity of spirit.
  • I offer only generosity of spirit.
  • I accept only perfect health and vibrance in my physical body.
  • I offer only perfect health and vibrance to others.
  • I recognize only the divine in myself.
  • I recognize only the divine in others.

We are in this body at this time for only a short while, but we can have an impact on the growth of our spiritual consciousness.  We can raise each other up or tear each other down.  We can accept only that which benefits and give only that which empowers love.  When you look in the mirror in the morning repeat these affirmations while looking into your own eyes and know how valuable you are to the enlightenment of all beings.  Offer only what you would offer to your most beloved and accept only what you would want for your most beloved, for you are most beloved.

Imagine that you walk into a restaurant by yourself.  You walk over to a table of strangers and one of them stands up.  What does s/he say to you?  How do you respond?  Are any words exchanged?  What happens?

Dead Man Talking.

“Mysticism is in fact the only criticism people cannot level against my theory.” ~Albert Enstein

“The words of the language, as they are written or spoken, do not seem to play any role in my mechanism of thought. ” ~Albert Einstein

When I was 28 years old I was at a family gathering.  My sister and her husband showed up with a deck of Egyptian Cartouche cards.  They were divination cards, similar to Tarot cards.  They were playing with them, trying to do a reading,  and then handed them to me to try out.  Well, I started reading the cards and it was like I had done it for years.  I felt an energy come over me as you would when you are completely engrossed in a creative project.  They couldn’t understand how I was doing it and neither could I. After a little while my sister’s husband said, “You’re on fire.  Keep the cards.”  So began my life long activity of card reading.

Why was I able to use the cards so easily the first time I tried them?  I don’t know.  Perhaps because I was open to the idea.  Perhaps because I had been meditating and was open to the Collective Consciousness more than a lot of people.  Whatever the reason it was a whole new interesting growth experience for me.

Divination cards are filled with archetypal symbolism which, even if you don’t understand the cards, works within your subconscious to facilitate growth.  The more I used the cards the more I was open to messages for the people I was reading.  I’ve had some interesting experiences with the cards.  One woman asked if she could ask a question of the cards without saying it aloud to me.  I told her we would give it a try.

When I laid out the cards for her I suddenly got a vision of two dogs driving in a convertible.  Both of the dogs were dressed up, really dressed up.  The male dog was driving and the female in the passenger seat.  I remember that she was wearing a polka dot scarf and sunglasses.  They were very happy.  Now I was a little wary of telling my client this.  It sounded crazy, but I try not to edit what I see, so I told her.  She said. “If you hadn’t told me that I wouldn’t have believed a word you said.”  She went on to tell me that she and her son had each had a dog and on Sundays they would dress them up and take them out for a drive in the car.  The dogs had both passed away.  They had come into my consciousness to let her know they were fine and having fun.  How strange is that?

A few years after I started reading cards a new friend said that she thought I would like channeling.  Channeling is communicating with those who have passed on.  I said I would give it a try.  We set up a date with two of my friends and her.  She said a little prayer of protection before we started.  Then she told us to close our eyes and that if anything came up, even if we didn’t know who it was for, to share it.  I almost immediately had a vision of an older couple.  I spoke up and said that I thought they were here to see my friend, N.  I described them physically and told her they were standing in front of some very dense woods.  I also said that I thought the woods meant something.  She said that the physical description sounded like her aunt and uncle.  I gave her their message that even though they fought like cats and dogs when they were alive that they were very happy now.  The messages did not come in words, just a knowing of what they wanted conveyed.  N said that was exactly what they were like.  I reiterated a couple of times that I thought the dense growth of trees meant something.  I went on to tell her a few more things that they wanted to say.  Then they left.  Right after that a little Jack Russell Terrier started barking at an open door.  I told N that the dog was here and that he was very excited to see her.  She responded that they had owned a Jack Russell terrier and that it must be their dog.  I once more brought up the trees and N said, “Well, their last name is Forest.”  Then I knew that they had been trying to tell me their name.

N then shared a visit with the father of the woman who had brought us together.  She told her her father’s name and that he had succumbed to lung disease.  She said she saw him with an inhaler.  This was all true.

Amazing things happen in this world of material substance.  We so often only trust what we can discern with our five senses and write off anything we can’t prove.  Even though most people have experienced moments of foresight they are still unwilling to entertain the idea of our ability to go beyond the physical plane while still living in it,  As William Shakespeare said,  “There are more things in heaven and earth, dear Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

Albert did not believe in any of this stuff.  He would be surprised to see where his equation has brought the understanding of energy and matter.  He began something with his theories that would probably confound him now!  The ideas of a holographic universe.  The concept of energy in the form of thoughts, emotions, and imagination producing matter.  All of these leaps of the mind and consciousness that have become more accepted because of his theory.  Wow.  Thanks, Albert.  Even if you didn’t believe it, you helped to realize an expanding awareness in the world, a whole new way of looking at God-consciousness.

I have had experiences with precognition.  I’ve had experiences with spirits.   If I had a closed mind I wouldn’t have been open to these encounters.

I think that divination cards are a useful tool.  The symbols and archetypes contained in them work on a subconscious level to bring us to a higher awareness.  They work in a very similar way to dreams.  I would recommend that anyone picks up a deck of these cards to use daily.  It is not necessary to learn how to read the cards.  I would just pull a “random” card from the deck every day, study the card and read the description in the book.  Most decks come with a guide.  The cards, even though you “randomly” selected them, will not be random.  Even if you see no connection between the card and what is happening in your life, there is a connection.  You could ask a question before pulling out a card.  You will get a card that will help enlighten you on the issue.

I would suggest the Angel cards of Doreen Virtue.  They are very uplifting and give great insight into your life.  I own the Archangel Oracle Cards, but she has many other decks that would be wonderful.  Any deck you see that resonates with you is perfect.  If you have any recommendations please leave them in the comments.

Don’t doubt that you can do anything, you are connected to the All.  Be open to anything.  Visit with friends and family passed.  They often visit in your dreams to let you know they’re okay.  Sometimes they will tell you that they’ve been away and are having a great time.  We see images that work with our physical reality, but their message is often that they are in a place so beautiful and amazing that they can’t describe it in our earthly terms, only in our “symbolic language.”  Be at peace concerning those who have passed on.  They are happy.  Believe me.  I get messages of joy with everyone who visits me who has passed, including animal companions.  The biggest messages are joy and complete freedom beyond any definition we have here.  An unlimited joyful, exuberance that can’t really be described.  They’re in heaven!

Open your mind to all possiblities and everything is possible.

Some impossibly wonderful affirmations:

  • I have powers of cognition beyond my five physical senses.
  • I am connected to source.
  • I am one with the intelligence of the universe.
  • I go forward in courage knowing that I intuitively choose right action through my connection to source.
  • We are all one in spirit.

Remember times when you knew what was going to happen, or a dream you had about someone you loved who died and  came to visit you.  Think of times when you knew things that you had no reason to know.  You have great gifts, open your mind to receive them.

The perfect answer every time.

“…I [have] always loved solitude…”  ~Albert Einstein

The vibration of the universe is perfection.  It is timeless and infinite.  It always has been and always will be.  It is everywhere and it is now.  It is what you came from and where you are going.  It is constantly flowing through you.  When you are completely connected with it, in loving kindness, then it shines from you like starlight.   When you are lost in the creative process you are caught in the glorious flow of perfection.

Unknown-2

This indefinable energy, this beautiful frequency resonates throughout the universe, filling it with perfect love.  Love is just another word for perfection.  This energy is so perfect and so beautiful that it is unnameable.  It is inconceivable.  It is pure being.  Lao Tzu said,

” A way that can be walked

is not The Way

A name that can be named

is not The Name

The Tao is that

which cannot be spoken”

We can only experience spirit.  We can’t see it or hear it.  We cannot understand it without the experience of it, though we try.  We cannot explain it, though we try.  It is so inconceivable that it is like trying to describe to a blind person what  purple looks like, or show a deaf person music, or explain to a person with no sense of smell the fragrance of lilacs.  People who have had Near Death Experiences try to explain it to people, but they know it lies beyond words.

Intuition is just another word for this wonderful energy.  Another word for the divine vibration which is you.  Another word for God, or the universe, or whatever term you choose to give your higher self.  When we can allow the divine to flow through us without influencing it with our negative thoughts and beliefs we cannot make a mistake.  We cannot misstep when we are allowing divine love to guide us.  When we follow out intuition we are never wrong.  It is in the allowing ourselves to follow our intuition that we come to trouble.  We become afraid to follow that inner guidance.  Our ego jumps upon it so quickly that we don’t even know what our first thought, our intuition, was at times!  True!

We are such control freaks!  Admit it, we all are.  It is one of the hardest things to give up.  Giving up our pushy nature and allowing the wisdom of the universe to guide us feels nearly impossible at times.  Oh, we of little faith!

The next time you want to go against your intuition, remember how perfect the universe is.  Look up to the sky and see the stars.  Look into the woods and see the perfect cycles of nature.  Look at a child and see their unencumbered joy.  The word unencumbered speaks volumes about how we pile cultural influences on top of our intuition, so high that it’s hard to dig out a glimmer of the light hidden beneath it all.   Let go of your fears and let the pure energy of perfection guide you.  Be unencumbered!

If you have a really big decision to make.  Meditate for a while, walk in the woods for a while.  Albert spent a lot of time walking in the woods, he loved solitude. He came up with the Theory of Relativity after spending a day in nature.  He was open to the perfect clarity of the universe.  Do a guided meditation to retrieve an answer from your higher self.  Put yourself in a position where it is easier for you to connect with that perfect vibration that flows forever through you.  When you feel ready, when you feel at peace, ask the question and you will get the right answer, probably before you even have a chance to finish the question.

Let the perfect vibration of the universe resonate with your being.  Allow the fear to dissolve and be transformed, by that perfect resonance, into faith.  Expect perfection from the universe, not from yourself.  You will invariably screw it up.  Your higher self always has the right answer.  The more time you spend in harmony with the vibration of the infinite, the more easily you can tap into the intuition that is always within you. Meditation can bring you into harmony with the universe.  I repeat myself for a good reason.  It works.  And it makes you younger.  True.  It slows the heart beat, lowers the blood pressure, and is all around good for you.  Don’t push to be perfect, allow the universe to do all the work for you.

Some perfect affirmations:

  • I am perfect.
  • I have all the right answers within me.
  • I am part of the infinite wisdom of the universe.
  • I flow through life with ease.
  • I allow peace to be my nature.
  • I am love.

Imagine that you are sitting on a beach looking out to the horizon on a deserted island.  Someone walks out of the thick jungle.  Who is it?  What do you ask them?  What do they tell you?  Sit with them and feel the perfection of the universe.
